Would you like to be a part of a once in a lifetime event? Come out to help us plant the 'Hornaday Forest' at Mountain Way Common. Trees Atlanta and Troop 370 Boy Scout Matthew Keagle are planting 100 trees and shrubs.

About the event
As part of a project for the Boy Scouts of America Hornaday award, Mountain Way Common will be 'reforested' ... 100 hard wood trees and shrubs have been purchased by the park from Trees Atlanta. Come out to plant a tree! We will be tracking progress of the trees growth and you can come back years later to see the tree you planted. While you are at it... adopt a tree!! The trees need support to grow and we need you to support us to enable their growth!
